Instructor:  Yana Kuzova – Actress. Before dedicating herself to the trainings, Yana Kuzova is an actress with many years of experience in theater, cinema, television and voice-over projects. In the theater she has played dozens of roles in hit productions both the Bulgarian and international stage. Yana shoots roles in the Bulgarian series “Forbidden Love”, “Relationships”, “Nashenci” and others. For her role in the show “House of Anger,” Yana is a winner of Askeer Award for supporting role . Jana finds her vocation as a BEIED trainer. She applies a highly interactive training concept combining experience, energy, challenges and skills. An approach that is enormous success, and among its clients are some of the largest companies in Bulgaria. In the course of the training, the become confident and motivated presenters. Yana is also successfully consulting clients in Germany, France, England and Bulgaria.

Before devoting herself to training, Yana Kuzova is an actress with many years of experience in theater, film, television and voiceover. In the theater she has played dozens of roles in popular theatrical productions, both on the Bulgarian and international stage. She starred in the Bulgarian series “Forbidden Love”, “Relationships”, “Search Department”, the web series “The Life of Joro” and others. Yana is a leading voice for audio books on the global platform Storytel for Bulgaria. For her role in The House of Wrath, Yana won the Askeer Award for Supporting Actress. Yana finds her vocation as a trainer with an extremely interactive training concept combining experience, energy, challenges and skills. An approach that enjoys great success, and its clients are some of the largest companies in our country. As part of the training, her students are transformed into charging and confident presenters. Yana successfully advises advertising campaigns for clients in Germany, France, England and Bulgaria.

Managing Director of BEIED Bulgaria. With a degree in Marketing and a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Pepa has been working for innovative products and start-ups for more than 20 years. The “Workshop for Ideas” training is back!

Can we learn to think creatively? YES!

Let’s be charged with energy, inspiration, new ideas! Change requires flexibility, adaptability and creativity. Creativity – as a practice, trained regularly through certain methods, which leads to creativity and innovation. Day One: Presentation of the theory of creativity – what is an idea, how it is born and why everyone can create more ideas. Examples and exercises.

Day two: Generating ideas using De Bono’s methods – exercises and analysis and applying the method of De Bono’s 6 thought hats – presentation and exercises for their use.

Day three: Exercises for creativity and birth of ideas by the method of Medici effect.

Desislava Boshnakova learns about the special events from one of the world’s leading authorities, Professor Joe Goldblatt. She co-authored with Prof. Goldblatt and Sean Lee the first book so far on the impact of new technologies on special events, which was released in the US this fall – “The 21st Century Meeting and Event Technologies”. In the theater she has played dozens of roles in hit productions both the Bulgarian and international stage. Yana shoots roles in the Bulgarian series “Forbidden Love”, “Relationships”, “Nashenci” and others. For her role in the show “House of Anger,” Yana is a winner of Askeer Award for supporting role . Jana finds her vocation as a BEIED trainer. She applies a highly interactive training concept combining experience, energy, challenges and skills.
